An older Rumor making its way through the lands since 23rd of Second Seed.

A Rumor that could be heard amongst traders in all of Illiac bay, and citizens of Sentinel:

Its said that shops importing goods from the Gold Coast Trading Company is actively becoming boycotted by people in Sentinel. Furthermore shopowners of these shops have been making several reports to the local guards about being harassed both in their homes and at work. Especially those directly employed by the Gold Coast Trading Company.

It is even said that the Deputy and Factor of the Gold Coast Trading Company will be visiting Sentinel to address the issues.

Observations made in Sentinel during the day:

Sometime around noon the same day, the privateer vessel known as the Seasmoke can be seen docked outside of the Sentinel GCTC HQ. The guards around the compound seem also to have increased in numbers.

Contact @NathanielHawk or @Ceeeres for followups. Or stay tuned.

A first witness perspective on occurances of the incident:

The news about the Sentinel tradehouse quickly spreads through Sentinel, Hammerfell and other parts of the Illiac Bay.

During the gathering the Tradinghouse was blown up, leaving nothing more then a pile of smoking rubble, wounded and even death. The cityguard of Sentinel will start an investigation. The company mourns their dead.

On the streets of Sentinel a more firsthand description is being spread through whispers of the still shocked witnesses that were first to arrive to the GCTC compound after the explosion.

Body parts of guardsmen having been torn asunder by the blast could be found when even approaching the estate. Where the estate used to stand only parts of the foundation remained, debris spread allover the place. By the docks screams of injured and shocked GCTC workers was strayed across the wooden planks. Many having been blown off the docks and into the water where they were flailing their arms around.

Those more able after the blast was described to have jumped into the water to pull people up, including the Factor and Deputy themselves. The water would slowly be tainted by a reddish color from injuries attracting the kind that has a keen sense of smell for blood. With still some injured in the water, screams of terror ensued as slaughterfish began to feed on what flesh they could manage to bite onto. The water seeming to boil with activity around those furthest away.

A rowboat with two sailors and the Factor himself in the front was seen being sent out to those that had been blown furthest away. Managing to reach the first two survivors. One of the sailor fending off the slaughterfish with oars while ice shards shot out from the Factors hands. By the time the second survivor got pulled up, severely mutilated, the other four had already submerged at the hunger of the sea creatures.

The Sentinel guard would had shown up. Securing the perimiter and aiding the wounded, as well as some voulenteer bystanders. Wounded were treated upon any emergency wounds and escorted to the Sisters Inn of Sentinel for further caring. The Sentinel Guard started to shove those with curious minds out from what was left of the estate to do their own investigation. But glimpses of those who went to the estate would have seen the symbol, described as the one below around the outer walls of the estate.

(Most recent rumor in the matter:)

The Deserts of Alikir seem to have conflict as never before. In and around the large harbour cities of Iliac bay, people seem to speak of the rumours how increasedly difficult it has become for merchants and companies foregin to Hammerfell to transport their wares through the deserts. Bands of brigands, looters and no-do-gooders seems to be on a constant hunt for trade routes to distrub and steal from. Mines and other locations of valuables have also been targetted. All over the cities of the northern shores, but also in the larger cities inland posters of various trade companies looking for swords and staffs for hire keeps filling up the notice boards, the Gold Coast Trading Company mostly standing out amongst them. For travellers through the desert, it would no longer be an uncommon sight to see parts of bodies sticking out from the sand. Slowly being swallowed by the ever-moving and changing dunes.

(This is an update to the upcoming main plot the GCTC will be running in the Alikir cities, desert and coastlines of Northern Alikir and is part of the escalation of what we assume will become a merchant-war, with various nobles and merchant-lords supporting different agendas. And where the Gold Coast Trading Company through negotiations, armed conflict and some dubious actions will do what they can to retain trade in Hammerfell. If interested in joining this plot in any measure, feel free to contact any of the GCTC officers.)

There are rumors spreading around Grahtwood that the local Bosmer and the neighboring wood-orc clans had increased tensions recently, though the violence soon resolved. Some say there had been a secret slaver activity uncovered, though others believe it may still be ongoing under the Dominion's noses.

Speaking of the Dominion, recent ruckous was created at Mossburrow village, a Wood-elf settlement, regarding a continuing investigation from the Thalmor's part. The purpose of it is to uncover the location of two wanted criminals. Some insist that the Bosmer wouldn't simply hand their own over, and therefore the story has yet to come to an end.

Even more recently, the officials of Elden Root reported a stolen batch of supplies last week, though they managed to catch two of the criminals involved in the act. Among the items stolen, there was a box of Surile wine, luxurious bathing materials, and food stock, though also illustrated "literature" went missing.

On another note, the "Mossburrow" settlement is known for its the very traditional inhabitants, and their roguish prowess. A small few of them appear like daring adventurers, whereas the others seem as your typical hunter-gatherers. In general they would be considered as friendly and accepting, as long as visitors would respect the Green Pact. There are rumors spreading around Grahtwood that the local Bosmer and the neighboring wood-orc clans had increased tensions recently, though the violence soon resolved. Hushed tongues whisper in discontent, of rulers unfit to rule and an old order that has led only to chaos and destruction. Masked faces chant and pray, turning to faith and Gods that are seemingly long abandoned. Ambitious lips part, speaking of those with true virtue and a willing to do what is needed to end the corruption plaguing the land, those with daggers in hand, ready to punish those who transgressed against them.
Children of East and West come forth, ready to pay the blood tithe.

In the Kingdom of Daenia and Cumbria there dwells a tale of a grey, very old witch that lives in the swamps of Glenumbra Moors. Children share scary stories of a woman with no teeth, wearing long robes with a hood and a black cat as her company. Some say that the companion is not a cat but a raven, while others claim that the raven is the witch herself.

It is said that nobody has found this witch when they have searched, making people believe that her hut appears only to those lost in the swamps. The tale is old as time itself, and while nobody knows how much of these tales are true if any, in secrecy some whisper that the witch is also an excellent medic and has the cure to the most dangerous diseases. But is that worth getting lost in the swamps?

If your character happens to pass by the wilderness of Glenumbra, feel free to message @ Nymoria if you want to have a random RP encounter! Of course, the curious may also come searching for a cures and spells.

"Word is, among the quartermasters and outfitters of mercenary companies in Sentinel (and others) that Clan Morg is due to return to Sentinel within a few days. With luck the influx of high quality orcish wares, be it orcish steel blades or orcish made gambesons and protective gear will dip the prices for a few days or more. Of course, some folks might even want to buy the stuff, it is quality after all and the orcs are slowly getting better at making less heavy weapons in a breton style ."
Perhaps it is both, as necessity demands. All live at the whim of the Great Root.

Once has a land slumbered under the guise of three men, meant to take the mantle of one whose prestige they had never met. Except one. For what was worth a crown if it is men, who do not bow to it.

CIVIL WAR!!!

Words course from the war scorched lands of Rivenspire whereas rumours indicated a tragic end for the lives those that died during a massacre - at the hands of those that were suppose to lead.
It was a hanging, ordered by the Scion of Padsire, Edward. Caused by the present of a child who knew not of his sickness. The insult came up heated - an attempt of murders was the noble's decree.
Souls trembled, there was enough tension between peasantry and the nobility. Thus by fate an attempt brought into practice yet the destination it had failed, BOUCHARD Concar - pierced by a lance.
Shock ran among the people as the hot blood running body fell down the pedestal, guards rushed in yet were cornered by a militant forces, rallied under a group of men who made their cause clear:

DEATH TO THE OLIGARCHY...
The court of Shornhelm convened days after, debating as to end this menace and show the land some proper rule. The crown issued peace among courtiers as deceit and more looms than the mere rebellion of a few peasants. It took several months till now that the influence of the oligarchy on people was largely broken. The monastery prevailed as the last hiding place, for none raise the arm against the lord of life and death.
Time will tell... Alas...

A redguardian woman in a settlement near Sentinal out of pervertion screamed as she witnessed a naked breton, covered in alga, shellfishes and dirt.
Certainly an odd appearance.
