There would be word spreading of an alchemist seeking a business deal with a wamasu farmer, if any were to be found they could contact her at the tavern called Laeloria, South of Kvatch.

Little word has come out of Tel Khes, the domain of lord Balisar Dulavo of House Telvanni as of late. Although some of his guards report of a coup made against him by his cousin, Ariel of house Telvanni, and the rumored Illiac Bay Thieves Guild. Nothing else has yet to surface that can confirm nor deny the supposed events that transpired

Disturbances have been found in various locations throughout Tamriel, men and women claiming to see a tall figure set ablaze walking near villages, and townships. Though no one has interacted with the visage, it is possible this being is merely an illusion or an elaborate prank. Regardless the Jarl East March is willing to compensate anyone who investigates these disturbances found near Kynesgrove. Contact the Captain of the Guard in Windhelm to accept the contract for compensation.

There have also been sightings in the Alik's Desert near Bergama contact the head of the guard. As well in Malabal Tor near the town of Tanglehaven, talk to the township's Steward.

Rumor has spread among those involved in criminals activities and the underground that a new illicit goods warehouse and thieves den has opened in Skyrim, on the border of The Rift and Whiterun. It's heard among fences and footpads that it's nestled in a Nordic ruins tucked away in the mountains off of an old access road. Footpads can take refuge there in their travels, and fences can ship hot goods through it.

Riften Outlaws Refuge Footpad wrote:
"The owner is a pain in the ass redhead, pretty young too....but the warehouse is big and well made. Think the little schmuck calls it the Dragon's Shadow Annex. If you can put up with the kid, it's a pretty good place to find some work and a decent place to crash."

(The Dragon's Shadow Annex is my primary homestead (@Samsayia) If you're in the area and would like to meet up with a fellow thief for some petty thievery RP or heists, I'd love to meet you! The location is also listed on the public housing directory and abides by the rules listed there! Criminals only plz!)

A Nord warrior was stabbed and murdered just outside of 'The Fish Stink' Tavern. Patrons of the establishment report that the warrior was inebriated and extremely racist towards Dunmer. After taking all eyewitness accounts, the Davon's Watch City Guards are now looking for a person of interest that was seen having a verbal altercation with the victim. No names were issued and the only description released was that the person is a female dunmer with long and braided hair wearing medium to heavy armor, and had some eye markings. Please report any possible sightings to the city guards immediately.

A mangled Khajiit body was discovered just outside of Windhelm's western rampart. Judging by the corpse's integrity, and the immediate area, the vicious attack was recent. Windhelm guards are saying that wolves or other wildlife predators could be responsible, but they had no explanation as to why there was a small Daedric artifact just beside the body. It was later circulated that the found corpse was a known street thief named Tashmin. No further information was disclosed, but the guards urged residents to be vigilant when venturing outside of the city's walls.

Murder and suicide just outside of Mournhold, two dead bodies found! In the early hours of the morning, members of a noble House Dres family and their servants discovered the naked body of their son in his chambers, his throat slashed. The murder weapon, a small and bloodied blade, was found on top of a nearby desk beside what appears to be a suicide note, written by his supposed attacker, expressing regret from the kill.

The second body was seen lying just outside the home and was identified as the family's female khajiit servant. Similarly with the initial victim, the servant was almost fully naked, save for a shirt that was half put on her person.

After examining both bodies, the Mounrhold Guard was able to determine that both the noble mer and the khajiit servant were engaging in carnal activities around the time of their death. The case was closed and ruled that the servant killed the noble due to abuse, but regretted taking a life, which led her to leap out the upper floor window. However, there remain severe inconsistencies in the details of the final report. The suicide note was written in beautiful and elegant writing, similar to that of well-educated dunmeri nobility. Furthermore, the family members could not attest to the extent of their knowledge that any of their servants knew how to write.

The Mirt War between the Dirt Guardians and Mud Cultists still rages on within the Marsh. Sounds of steel and explosions can be constantly heard through the day and night. The stench of death always lingering through the air as the fighting worsens each day. Some have said that the war may have no end which bodes true as each side has gained more and more followers. However even with the fighting going on the Dirt Guardians have still been able to seek out undiscovered dirt. Rumors have been stirring up in Summerset about the strange Argonian named Hundorian venturing through in search of a magical dirt. He has been seen with other Dirt Guardians matched in various armors.

On the roads in Skyrim, armed escorts traveling with a number of wagons on the roads bearing the symbol of a black and purple crow in flight, have started to trickle down to the property of the Blackwing Company. It had been rumored that the property had been abandoned for a short period of time, but the gated property seems to have re-opened in the recent days, restoring to business as usual. The two Nords that run the shop also seemed to have returned.

Whispers in taverns, high society, dark alley ways, exclusive clubs, and behind closed chamber doors speak of the company Blackwing Imports and Acquisitions. They say they can find anything, that there's no such thing as a job too dangerous, only too little ambition, and too little coin. They say that the company is run by a master thief, some say merchant tycoons, others say a ghost. Whichever it is, their customers swear by the mysterious reputation of the company and their small shop near Nimalten. Rumor is that they sell all manner of artifacts and mystic wonders. Visitors say that crows watch over the shop, always there, always noting the comings and goings of people and travelers. Some have even heard that they've recently taken on a few new hands to do whatever dark deeds they may be up to. Who knows for sure, but you can bet your in for something a surprise.

KIRANTH
Western Skyrim

Once a prosperous little town on a trade route from Dragonstar to Solitude, Kiranth became a dangerous place to stop. Threats surrounded the area over the years from the Reachmen to the south. as well as a nest of vampires that called the mountains near the town home. A small pass leads through the dragontail mountains to Wrothgar on the other side for trade with the orcish craftsmen.

The trade fell out of favor as rumors of disappearances started to abound. Residents moved away from their ancestral home to seek a stable income elsewhere. Few stayed, older and more stubborn, or those who could not break the tradition and move away from the tombs of their loved ones.

The town’s great decline was at the hands of the last Jarl, Torvald. Some say he made a deal with a daedra. Others that he was a vampire himself. All that the town new is that those who were invited to his home on the hill by the barrow never returned to their homes or their trade routes. The manor has been boarded up for years, but the villagers claim the cries of the dead can still be heard in the night.

The town proper has a large inn that always seems to be empty, along with a basic trading post that has fallen into disrepair. The older owner keeps necessities in stock, but not much more. Homes can be found around the town square in various states of disrepair. Over everything, the haunted manor on the hill looms.

Word around though is that the vampire nest has been cleared out, and a company is moving in to bring trade back to the town.
